The text exchange began when Zuckerberg reached out to praise Musk's DOGE work at 10:04 PM on February 3, 2025. "Looks like DOGE is making progress," Zuckerberg wrote, adding that his teams would be "on alert to take down content doxxing or threatening" people working with Musk .
